Ordering and delivery
Shipping costs for your order are non-refundable and are based on your delivery address. The shipping fee is calculated and shown at checkout. Delivery dates may vary depending on the carrier's routines, delivery address, delivery method and the number of items ordered.
Orders are sent with PostNord.
A tracking number (if available) is sent after the order has been dispatched.

Order
You can change the contents of your order until you approve your order by pressing ”PAY AND BUY”, after which your order is processed. It is safe to shop at www.earthheartsisters.com; your payment card details are encrypted and cannot be seen. You can pay with Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Swish.
Shipping
Your parcel is sent with PostNord. A shipping cost of 79 SEK per order is added. Free shipping over 499 SEK. We aim to send your parcel as soon as possible and within 2 working days.
Returns
If you wish to return your order, you have 14 days from when you as a customer received your order, unused and in mint condition. Note: for returns, you pay the shipping cost yourself. Please send an email to order@earthheartsisters.com and let us know why you are choosing to return the product.

PLEASE NOTE: To minimise environmental impact, we only send your receipt by email. There will therefore be no printed receipt in your order.
Refund
When your parcel has come back to our address, it will be checked and you will get back the amount you paid for your purchase. We reserve the right to withhold a refund until the item has arrived back. Once the item has arrived, the refund will be handled within 5 weekdays. The amount will always be refunded via Klarna to the same payment method you paid with.
