We are Gabriella and Cecilia, the sisters behind Earth & Heart Sisters. Here we share what fills us from the inside out: movement, sound, ceremonies and gatherings where there is room to be yourself.
With a playful and curious outlook on life, we explore what gives us meaning and how we can live closer to what feels true in the heart. Our invitation is personal: to listen inwards, feel your body and make room for all of you.
Different paths to the same meeting
The Sacred Feminine is our longer journey in sisterhood and embodiment. In The Journey of Sacred Sounds, voice and instruments take centre stage. Sensing & Sound unites gentle movement with sound, while our events and sessions offer other ways to meet.
Gabriella is the contact person for The Sacred Feminine. Cecilia answers questions about Sacred Sounds, yoga, individual sessions and arrangements for companies. Together we welcome you to our joint ceremonies and retreats.

Frequently asked questions
Earth & Heart Sisters are the sisters Gabriella and Cecilia. Together we create courses, trainings, ceremonies, retreats and moments of sound in Kungsbacka, and share personal writings under From the heart.
Gabriella is the contact person for The Sacred Feminine and holds the free discovery calls ahead of that journey. Cecilia leads the Sensing & Sound yoga courses, the training The Journey of Sacred Sounds and Sensing for companies, and is the contact person for the individual sound healing sessions. The day retreat, Sacred Sound Night and ceremonies we hold together.
We are based in Kungsbacka. Courses and trainings are held at Alafors kvarncafé, Norra Annebergsvägen 98, within walking distance of Anneberg station on the commuter train line between Gothenburg and Kungsbacka. Some events are held at Hanhalsgården in Kungsbacka.

The body, the heart and presence. Whether it is Sensing Yoga, sound healing, a cacao ceremony or a longer journey such as The Sacred Feminine, it is about landing in your body, listening inwards and being all that you already are – in a safe, loving and accepting atmosphere.
No. Our language is personal and spiritual, but you don't need to believe in anything in particular to come. You take part on your own terms and take with you what feels true for you.
