The Sacred Feminine is a longer inner journey in sisterhood with talks, embodiment practices, ceremonies and self-love rituals. The Journey of Sacred Sounds teaches you sound healing – instruments, voice and holding space – for your own practice or to hold sessions for others. Sensing & Sound is a weekly course where gentle Sensing Yoga is followed by deep relaxation with sound healing.
No. None of the courses or trainings require previous experience.
At Alafors kvarncafé, Norra Annebergsvägen 98 in Kungsbacka. It is within walking distance of Anneberg station, which is served by commuter trains between Gothenburg and Kungsbacka.
Sensing & Sound costs 2,399 SEK for twelve sessions, with drop-in for 250 SEK subject to availability. For The Sacred Feminine and The Journey of Sacred Sounds you pay a registration fee of 4,000 SEK and then the remainder in one or more instalments. The exact amounts are listed under the heading Investment on each page.
Yes, for the two longer trainings. The Sacred Feminine can be paid in one, four or eight instalments after the registration fee, and The Journey of Sacred Sounds in one or four. You state in your registration how you would like to split the amount.
In The Journey of Sacred Sounds there is the option of taking a certification class at the end of the training if you wish to become a certified Sacred Sound Healer. The certificate is issued by us; titles such as sound healer are not protected or state-regulated in Sweden. The Sacred Feminine is a personal journey and not a vocational training.
