The day retreat is a full day for women, from 9.30 to 16.30, with a cacao ceremony, Sacred Feminine Flow, Sacred Feminine Kundalini Activation, sound healing and Healing Touch, as well as lunch and afternoon treats. Sacred Sound Night is a sound ceremony that lasts a whole night, from Friday at 19.00 to Saturday at 08.00, and ends with breakfast.

Yes. Many people come on their own. We create a safe, loving and allowing atmosphere where you are welcome just as you are.
Sacred Sound Night takes place at Hanhalsgården, Hanhals Kyrkväg 12 in Kungsbacka. The previous day retreat invitation listed Alafors kvarncafé, Norra Annebergsvägen 98 in Kungsbacka. Sacred Feminine Retreat has been held at Himladal in Seglora. The previous meeting point for the nature event was Löftadalens Folkhögskola in Åsa. Check the invitation for the location of your chosen date.

We gather, set an intention and drink ceremonial cacao slowly and with presence. Ceremonial cacao is an unsweetened drink made from whole cacao beans. Today's cacao ceremonies are a modern form that draws inspiration from cacao's long history in Mesoamerica.
A moment of deep relaxation where you lie comfortably and listen to instruments such as crystal bowls, singing bowls, gong and drum. You do not need to do anything – just receive. Sound healing is a complement for relaxation and well-being and does not replace medical care.
