A dreamlike sound journey that lasts a whole night and opens up for deep relaxation and recovery - like an energetic cleansing, a sense of a fresh start, a chance to come home to yourself and land in your essence.
You get to listen inwards and connect with your intuition and the voice of your heart & soul.
We invite you to an evening and night of letting go, landing in the body and softening, and opening up to receive. An experience where you can feel held and carried by the safe, loving energy created in the room and by the healing, harmonising vibrations of the sounds.
We would like to invite you to a wonderful experience for all the senses.
To give you an even more magical and deeper experience, we will begin the evening together with a heart-opening cacao ceremony followed by loving, gentle Sensing movements that create flow and regulate your nervous system - you get to land home in yourself, and all that you already are, and always have been. From that place within you, you can receive the night's sound ceremony on an even deeper level as you "bathe" in the vibrations of the sound in soft waves throughout the night.
After we have wished you "Good morning", you will enjoy a nourishing breakfast before we round off our sacred experience together at 08.

HEART-OPENING CEREMONIAL CACAO
We would like to invite you to a heart-opening Cacao ceremony with Mother Earth's magical plant medicine – ceremonial cacao. She helps you come back to your essence, follow your heart and connect with all the love, wisdom and light that is within you.
SENSING YOGA
We get to land in ourselves with Sensing Yoga's allowing, intuitive, natural, liberating movements, which can help you land softly in yourself and experience love from the inside out, on your body's own terms.
SACRED HEALING SOUNDS
You will experience the frequency of healing sounds and vibrations that bring you back to balance and harmony. You get to "bathe" in the vibrations of the sound in soft waves throughout the night. The healing vibrations help you release blockages physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually.
Come as you are and allow yourself to open up to receive.
No previous experience is needed, just an open mind and a curious heart.

You can rest, sleep, meditate or simply listen – everything is welcome. Many drift between sleep and a dreamlike, half-awake state. The sound continues in soft waves through the night.
Please let us know in your registration whether you will bring your own mattress to sleep on or would like to borrow one.
Bring what you need to sleep well: a pillow, a duvet or sleeping bag, warm and soft clothes and a water bottle. An eye mask can be nice. Let us know if you have any allergies.

We begin at 19.00 with a cacao ceremony, followed by loving, gentle Sensing movements that help the body to land. Then the night's sound ceremony begins. In the morning we wish you good morning, have breakfast together and round off at 08.00.
A sound ceremony over a whole night is a long, continuous sound journey where you lie down while instruments are played through the night. The format exists internationally, for instance as a gong puja, where gongs are played for around seven and a half hours. The idea is that the body gets to rest in the sound even while you sleep.
Common sound healing instruments are crystal bowls, singing bowls, gong, drum, chimes and rain stick. During the night you meet healing sounds and vibrations in soft waves.
There is little research on the risks of sound baths, so the advice is based on caution. If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a pacemaker or another implant, or are very sensitive to sound, you should consult your doctor first and tell us in your registration, so that we can, for example, place you further from the instruments.
Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine and a little caffeine. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition or take antidepressant medication, you should consult your doctor or midwife first. Let us know, and you can have a smaller amount or leave it out.
