Contact and forms
When you contact Earth & Heart Sisters by email or via a form on the website, we process the details you provide yourself – for example name, email address, phone number, company and the content of your message – in order to answer and handle your enquiry or registration.
Please do not write sensitive information, for example about your health, in the form. If you would like to tell us something like that ahead of an activity, you are welcome to raise it with us directly.
Details sent via forms are stored in the website's form service and deleted automatically after 2 years, unless we delete them earlier – for example if you ask us to.
Protection against spam (Turnstile)
To protect the forms against spam and misuse, Cloudflare Turnstile is used when you send a form. The check processes technical information about your browser and allows us to keep the forms secure without tracking cookies.
Operation and security
The provider that hosts the website may process technical information, such as IP address and browser signals, for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
Who can access the details?
Only we who run the business, and the suppliers who look after the website's technology for us, have access to incoming enquiries. We do not disclose personal data to third parties for marketing.
Controller and your rights
Earth & Heart Sisters AB is responsible for the processing of personal data. Questions can be sent to info@earthheartsisters.com.
You can ask which details are being processed and, where the rules give you the right, request correction, deletion or restriction, or object to processing. You can also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
If the website changes
