Here you can feel held, let go and soften in, to connect with all the beauty that already lives within you - your inner wisdom, your love, your feminine power, your softness and your sacred life energy.
A day to listen inwards, to your intuition, and hear the voice of your heart and soul. To let yourself be guided from within, to live the life you came here to live.
During the day you get to land in the heart with a heart-opening Cacao ceremony, soften into the body and your feminine energy through liberating, flowing movements in Sacred Feminine Flow, and open up to the connection with your innate life energy through Sacred Feminine Kundalini Activation.
We close the day with a lovely Sound Healing and Healing Touch – a moment to simply receive, land and let everything sink in♡

We would like to invite you to a heart-opening Cacao ceremony with Mother Earth's magical plant medicine – ceremonial cacao. She helps you come back to your essence, follow your heart and connect with all the love, wisdom and light that is within you.
SACRED FEMININE FLOW
A soft, living and sensual movement practice where you get to land deeper into the body and reconnect with your feminine energy. Through liberating, flowing and natural movements, the body is allowed to express itself in its own way. A moment to let go of achieving, listen inwards and follow what you feel.

SACRED FEMININE KUNDALINI ACTIVATION
An experience that cannot be described in words. A moment to open up for your inner life energy to flow, and to experience the energy of Love within you and around you. In a safe space with Loving intention, you are guided through loud music into a state of flowing presence where you get to land in inner balance, open up your intuition and a deeper connection with yourself and all that is. It is a gentle yet powerful process, where you are given the opportunity to release energetic blockages and limiting thoughts, to land in ”Remembrance” of your natural state and come closer to your true essence and the Love that you are.

A soft, living and sensual movement practice with liberating, flowing and natural movements. There are no steps to learn and nothing to achieve – the body is allowed to express itself in its own way.
Sacred Feminine Kundalini Activation is a moment where, in a safe space and with loving intention, you are guided through loud music into a state of flowing presence. You do not need to know or achieve anything. We describe it as a gentle yet powerful process, and the experience is different for everyone – from stillness to strong emotions.
The word kundalini comes from the yoga tradition and describes a dormant life energy at the base of the spine. In kundalini yoga you work actively with movements, breathing and mantras. A kundalini activation is instead a moment where you receive, with no technique to learn.
Please tell us in advance if you are pregnant, have epilepsy, a heart condition or a psychiatric diagnosis, and we will talk about what suits you. Consult your doctor if you are unsure. The experience does not replace medical care.
We gather, set an intention and drink ceremonial cacao slowly and with presence. Ceremonial cacao is an unsweetened drink made from whole cacao beans. Today's cacao ceremonies are a modern form that draws inspiration from cacao's long history in Mesoamerica.
Ceremonial cacao contains theobromine and a little caffeine. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition or take antidepressant medication, you should consult your doctor or midwife first. Let us know, and you can have a smaller amount or leave it out.
Wear soft, comfortable clothes that you can move and rest in, and feel free to bring something warm for the quiet moments, as well as a water bottle. Get in touch if you are wondering about anything in particular.
